Among the investments made are new electric torque wrenches, used to apply controlled torque during product assembly. This feature ensures that each tightening is performed according to the parameters defined in the project, reducing variations between operators and preventing over- or under-tightening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the company also acquired a torque testing unit, equipment that allows for the verification and validation of the torque applied to the assembled components. This technology contributes to quality control, ensuring that the process is within established standards and that the delivered products maintain the expected performance level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the manufacturing of hydraulic and pneumatic quick couplings and connection solutions, torque control is fundamental to ensuring sealing, safety, strength, and proper functioning. Therefore, these investments strengthen the reliability of the production process and reduce the risk of failures in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
