Our Story

1983

Founded on September 12th by brothers Amerigo and Marcelo Manzato.

1988

DYNAMICS launches its first product, called ER-01 (Pneumatic Quick Coupling – Size 1).

1989

DYNAMICS begins producing couplings, terminals, and connections, becoming well-known in the hydraulic segment.

1991

The company produces quick-release couplings for cooling molds and dies.

1998

The company is moving to its current address.

2002

Achievement of ISO 9001 and QS 9000 certifications by DNV (Det Norske Veritas).

2004

In December, DYNAMICS will inaugurate its distribution center in Jundiaí, São Paulo.

2005

DYNAMICS exports to the Latin American market for the first time and begins production of highly complex hydraulic components.

2009

DYNAMICS acquires new and modern CNC equipment, significantly expanding its production capacity.

2011

DYNAMICS launches a new line of catalogs and expands its area of operations, participating in fairs and events in Latin America.

2013

The company is celebrating its 30th anniversary and holds the position of the largest national manufacturer of quick couplings.

2014

Dynamics is remodeling its Assembly area.

2015

Implementation of the PRODUCTION DYNAMICS SYSTEM (DPS), based on the Lean Manufacturing concept.

2016

DYNAMICS launches new catalogs and website.

2017

Enhancing the internal training of the team of employees through intensive courses from Dynamics University.

2018

The largest investment cycle in the company's history is approved. Aggressive technological renewal in manufacturing and assembly.

2019

Introduction to Six Sigma Philosophy. Training of several specialists in the DMAIC Methodology.

2020

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Dynamics is making a significant entry into the North American and European markets for hydraulic quick couplers.

2021

The machining areas are intensifying efforts in management and communication, resulting in significant performance improvements in tool scrap and breakage indicators.

2022

Using companies like Intel and Google as examples, the OKR methodology is introduced for prioritizing and monitoring strategic deliverables.

2023

First participation in a European trade fair (Agritechinica 2023)

Division of the precision machining and manufacturing sector of Dynamics Parts.
