The actions below are ongoing and aim to reinforce the company's commitment to its social responsibility.

Environmental

Sustainable products and solutions: a line of hydraulic quick couplings designed to prevent fluid loss during connection and disconnection, thus avoiding soil contamination.

Using a system for recycling wood chips and recovering and reusing oil, saving energy, reducing waste and reducing environmental impact.

Renewable Energy Company Certification: the electricity used comes from clean and sustainable sources, produced in wind, solar, biomass, small hydroelectric plants (PCH), and small hydroelectric generating plants (CGH), which do not harm the environment.

Employment Relationship

Equity and salary parity: an internal career plan focused on employee skills, in a fair and impartial manner, providing for promotions and salary recognition regardless of gender.

Diversity and Inclusion: recruitment, selection, and retention processes focused on identifying the diversity of individual characteristics that can add value to the organization's culture: different races, genders, ages, physical limitations, religions, among others. In addition to ensuring an inclusive work environment so that various cultures, backgrounds, and ways of thinking feel respected and valued.

Encouraging professional development and training through courses taught internally during working hours.

Health prevention campaigns: programs aimed at improving the quality of life and well-being of employees, including dental and nutritionist services, vaccination campaigns, and awareness lectures.

Inclusion of rehabilitated individuals in selection processes through partnership and referral from the local INSS (Brazilian National Social Security Institute).

Social/Philanthropic

Participation in local community social campaigns and initiatives through the collection of food, clothing, school supplies, and toys.

A company supporting the initiatives of the Pescar Project, opening doors for young people who have completed the course and are seeking to enter the job market.
